I found out about Milaap when someone posted it on my facebook. Loaned a small amount and
was glad to see <a href=http://www.milaap.org/borrower/Suguna >Suguna</a>, who I helped, get her 35k and scale up her
small business
 and another <a href=http://www.milaap.org/borrower/Sangeetha%20Gopal>Sangeetha Gopal</a> upgrade her tailoring unit .

A milaap person emailed me about having a fun, engaging campaigns, contests for employees (Quiz/Trivia, Minute to Win It, Caricatures, Sports Campaigns) and subtly weave them
to sign up for causes and borrowers they care about. They see high participation in these activities (lunch-time hours) and
signups are optional.

<br> They do not ask for CSR but instead focus on having fun and educating employee's who can then choose to help.
