This is a read me and test file.
This image is in ../imgs/c.jpg so the folder imgs and all its parent folders do not have the special .htaccess
This is a sample .htaccess file that redirects all files to index.php

An alternative is to have the htaccess file only redirect certain files - that end with / folder or .php .html or .htm this is one which only redirects certain files so you can keep images here. But this works only if the image is in the same folder as the requesting file.
a work around is here htaccess_anyImg_noDefaultFileInFolde.zip This works for any image but you cannot make a request to a folder and expect the default file index.htm or index.php to be parsed.

To upload a file here use FTP
To include in a file that is in a folder that is governed by htaccess that alrady redirects then use the example in test_wiki_link_external.php You need to add the code that is marked

/
 http://sel2in.com sel2in auto wiki link injector
/
//start head sel2in auto wiki link injector

till
//end head sel2in auto wiki link injector

<?php
/
http://sel2in.com sel2in auto wiki link injector
/
//start  head sel2in auto wiki link injector
$sel2in_wikiLink_external = true;
//change this folder to the correct folder of sel2in_wiki_filter_index.php which should be in a folder with its other files
require_once "../v/v5/sel2in_wiki_filter_index.php";
$r = false;
$r = ob_start"bufferFilter";//4096
if$r !== false
 log2 " ok ob11 ";
 //echo " ok ob ";
else
 //echo " no ob ";
 log2 " no ob11 ";

//end  head sel2in auto wiki link injector
?>

Also right now all folders that have the index.php should have a logs folder where debug information is written. We can switch that off once this is tested.
The source files should be saved in UTF-8 encoding for accents to work and have following encoding example as meta decleration but could be done via XML decleration too:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />
